Housing Industry

NPR's Elaine Korry reports on the housing industry's reaction to yesterday's announcement that the Federal Reserve is raising interest rates by a quarter-point. The decision will push mortgage rates higher and make it harder for first-time home buyers. But industry insiders don't seem overly concerned because demand for housing is so strong and the supply is unable to keep pace.
