UN - Holbrooke

NPR's Mike Shuster reports Richard Holbrooke was sworn in today as US Ambassador to the United Nations. After a long delay, Holbrooke's nomination was confirmed by the Senate earlier this month. Holbrooke faces a number of major challenges, including: encouraging UN reform, resolving the more than 1-billion-dollars in arrears owed to the UN by the United States, and the business of building a government in Kosovo.
