Venezuelan Democracy

Host Renee Montagne talks with Raymond Collitt of Financial Times about a legislative emergency in Venezuela declared by an assembly controlled by supporters of President Hugo Chavez. The action has stripped congress of most of its power and has fueled fears that Venezuela's democracy is in jeopardy.
