NPR's Jennifer Ludden reports from Istanbul that Turkish citizens have been heaping criticism on their government for its handling of rescue efforts after last week's devastating earthquake. Many Turks say help came too little and too late and the situation remains chaotic. Although there have been calls for the government's dismissal, no shake-up is expected. Some Turks have also found fault with the army's response, but the military has come through relatively unscathed.
