In a BBC report, Johnny Diamond reports on questions about the state of the Northern Ireland cease-fire. British Minister Mo Mowlam condemns recent violence but says the cease-fire is holding. While her declaration may have saved what little is left of the peace process, Protestant leaders suggest Mowlam is unfit for the job and call on her to resign.
