Waco - Delta Details

Noah speaks with Lee Hancock of the Dallas Morning News about whether anti-terrorist commandos known as a Delta Force may have played an active role in the 1993 siege at the Branch Davidian compound in Waco. The military insists it only participated as an observer. Federal law prohibits the military from direct involvement in domestic law enforcement, unless a waiver is granted by the President.
