Hurricane

Daniel speaks with NPR's Cheryl Devall in Jacksonville Florida. Hurricane Dennis has now stalled in the Atlantic ocean, after battering the northern Bahamas. But forecasters are worrying the hurricane will increase in strength while over the ocean, and then slam the southeastern United States.
