Hurricane Dennis

Frank speaks with meteorologist Patricia Wallace of the National Hurricane Center in Miami, Florida about Hurricane Dennis. She says now the hurricane is not expected to hit land in Florida or the Carolinas. However, with winds up to 105 miles an hour, Dennis will make its presence felt offshore.
