Mexican Presidential Campaign

NPR's Phillip Davis reports a former governor Roberto Madrazo from the state of Tabasco in Mexico is challenging the candidate backed by Mexican president Ernesto Zedillo. The Institutional Revolutionary Party or PRI will hold a primary election in November to pick its presidential candidate.
