Waco Hearings

NPR's Brian Naylor reports that House Government Reform Committee Chairman Dan Burton, a Republican from Indiana, will hold new hearings into what happened at the Branch Davidian Compound outside Waco, Texas, in April of 1993. Congressman Burton says he'll subpoena at least 20 witnesses, including a U.S. Attorney, now that the FBI has admitted that federal agents used incendiary tear gas cannisters before the compound erupted in flames.
