NPR's Jennifer Ludden reports from Jerusalem that Palestinian and Israeli officials are optimistic they can reach an agreement to revive a US-brokered peace plan before Secretary of State Madeleine Albright arrives in the area later this week. On and off negotiations took place today on how to implement the Wye Accords signed last fall by former Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu but never carried out.
