U.S. Policy in East Timor

NPR's Ted Clark reports on U.S. policy towards East Timor. The Clinton administration yesterday blamed the Indonesian authorities for some of the violence in East Timor and indicated a willingness to take part in an international peacekeeping force if one is formed.
