Palestinian Prisoners Released

NPR's Linda Gradstein reports that almost 200 Palestinians were freed from four prisons and a prison hospital under a deal signed in Egypt on Sunday, but one prisoner refused to go. Under the deal, Israel is to hand over a further 11 percent of the West Bank to full or partial Palestinian rule and release 350 Palestinian prisoners in two groups. It also sets September 2000 as a target date for reaching a permanent peace accord.
