Hurricane Floyd in South Carolina

Host Bob Edwards talks with NPR's Melissa Block who is in Conway, South Carolina outside Myrtle Beach, about the status of Hurricane Floyd. The Hurricane made landfall near Cape Fear in North Carolina after sparking an unprecedented evacuation of millions of people as it bore down on the U.S. East Coast.
