Elementary and Secondary Education Act

NPR's Claudio Sanchez previews the upcoming Congressional debate over the Elementary and Secondary Education Act, the largest source of federal aid to public schools, which comes up for reauthorization every five years. In approving the money, Congress also determines how it will be spent.
