Host Bob Edwards talks with Patty Pan, reporter with ICRT in Taipei about the devastation caused by the earthquake that shook Taiwan early yesterday. Rescue efforts were interrupted when two strong aftershocks hit Taiwan today, triggering mudslides and cracking one of Taiwan's largest reservoirs. As the death toll continues to rise officials admitted they are having problems dealing with the scope of the disaster.
