Warehouse Store Ban

Ellen Ciurczak reports from Sacramento on an attempt by California lawmakers to ban new warehouse-type stores in the state. If the measure is approved, those stores that already exist will not be affected. Although they're not named specifically, Walmart and Costco officials say that this is the first time that their stores have been targeted on a state level.
