Thousands Protest In Iran, Defying Ban

There were clashes in the streets of Tehran on Thursday as security forces cracked down on protesters who were in the streets for two causes: They were chanting in support of defeated presidential candidate Mir Hossein Mousavi; and they were marking the 10th anniversary of student protests against the regime.

Robert Siegel talks to Ramin Mostaghim, a special correspondent in Tehran for the Los Angeles Times.
