Who Would Benefit?

Linda speaks with Clint Stretch, director of tax policy for Deloitte & Touche, an accounting, tax and consulting firm. They discuss who would have benefited if the tax cut bill were not vetoed. He says no one would have benefited much immediately, because the cuts were to be implemented over ten years.
