North Carolina Flooding

NPR's Joshua Levs reports from Greenville, North Carolina, where flooding from Hurricane Floyd is keeping 18,000 East Carolina University students away from classes. The campus has been closed since the Tar River overflowed its banks last week, and the floodwaters show almost no sign of receding.
