San Francisco Y2K

NPR's Elaine Korry reports that a surprising number of small business owners in San Francisco have done nothing to prevent possible Y2K headaches, even though the Bay area is one of the most wired, tech-savvy places in the world. The city of San Francisco has started a program intended to help small business owners prepare.
