Indonesian Troops Evacuate

NPR's Eric Weiner reports from Dili, East Timor where Indonesian troops have begun to evacuate, as United Nations peacekeeping troops take their place. Soldiers from the United States, Canada and Malaysia bring the total number of U.N. troops to nearly 4,000.
