The Stakeholder Society

Commentator Matt Miller examines some ideas about taxation and income distribution contained in a new book titled, The Stakeholder Society, by Bruce Ackerman and Anne Alstott. The authors argue that the government should provide every 21 year-old with an $80 thousand "stake," which could be used to start a business, pay for college, or any number of other things.
