Fiscal Year Endgame

Congress is preparing a Continuing Resolution to keep the government financed, having failed to pass its spending measures by the end of the fiscal year. While this move gives them more time to get its financial house in order, it seems that the GOP is once again headed towards a collision with President Clinton. NPR's Brian Naylor reports.
