State Farm Suit

Willis Kern of member station WGLT previews closing arguments in the class action lawsuit against State Farm, the largest car insurance company in the country. The plaintiffs accuse State Farm of breach of contract and consumer fraud for requiring auto body shops to use substandard parts when repairing the damaged cars of State Farm policy holders. They're seeking damages that could exceed a billion dollars on 5.5 million potential claims by current and former policy holders.
