Update from Kosovo

NPR's Tom Gjelten report that, as NATO and the United Nations try to rebuild Kosovo, the reality is beginning to sink in that the Kosovars don't want to have anything to do with the Serbs in Kosovo. U.S. officials privately seem to be acknowledging that Kosovo is moving towards independence, rather than reunion with Yugoslavia, as required by the peace agreement that ended the airstrikes.
