Princeville in Ruins

Leda Hartman reports that Princeville a small town along the Tar River has been ruined from floods caused by Hurricane Floyd. Ten days after the storm, many of the structures in the historic African American town remain underwater. Princeville was founded by freed slaves and was just beginning to emerge from financial problems.
