Health Care Reform Bill

On Thursday, the House of Representatives passed a health care reform bill that was closely based on President Clinton's "Patients' Bill of Rights." Though Republican leaders opposed it, 68 House Republicans voted in favor of the bill, which has led some to speculate that the Republican leadership has lost control of its agenda. NPR's Brian Naylor reports.
