Hurricane Irene Hits North Carolina

NPR's Adam Hochberg reports from Tarboro, North Carolina where residents are enduring their third hurricane in two months. While Hurricane Irene didn't cause nearly as much damage as Floyd, the region isn't safe yet. There's still the possiblility of a "delayed danger" from Irene. Rivers continue to rise and are not expected to crest until Friday.
