Belmont Learning Center

NPR's Robert Smith reports from Los Angeles, where school district officials will decide today whether to continue building the most expensive high school in the country. The L.A. School District has already sunk about 160 million dollars into building the Belmont Learning Center, but the building site is an abandoned oil field and is the source of toxic contaminants.
