David D'Arcy takes a look at Martin Scorcese's latest film, Bringing Out the Dead. The film is coming out in theaters 25 years after the release of the Scorcese's famous Taxi Driver. Both films are set in New York and both involve central characters on the brink of sanity. But unlike Travis Bickle, the lead character in Taxi Driver, Scorcese says the ambulance driver who stars in Bringing Out the Dead is trying to turn his rage towards helping people, rather than harming them.
