Mentally Ill Voters

GUEST: TBA Despite a lingering stigma, the mentally ill are becoming more visible. Recent times have seen increasing activism for their rights, and since 1994 an organization— backed by funding from the Federal government and a pharmaceutical company— has been working to register mentally ill voters. Join Melinda Penkava and guests to examine efforts to mobilize this potentially new voting block.
