President Wahid

Indonesia's new president Abdul Rachman Wahid has begun to form his cabinet. As a 59-year-old Muslim scholar in poor health and nearly blind, Mr. Wahid is an unlikely choice to lead Indonesia. But the new President has moved quickly to consolidate power and mend divisions within the country. NPR's Eric Weiner reports.
