Louisiana Governor's Election

Karen Anderson reports from Baton Rouge on the Louisiana Governor's race. The winning candidate in yesterday's election, incumbent Republican Governor Mike Foster, had been challenged on Louisiana's public education problems, and on his alleged ties to former KKK leader David Duke; but that didn't keep the popular governor from getting the most votes.
