Branch Davidian Investigation

NPR's Barbara Bradley reports on the ongoing investigation of the confrontation between the FBI and the Branch Davidians that resulted in the deaths of 80 Davidians in 1993. A lawsuit has been filed against the FBI, and it centers around a videotape that records much of the event. There are questions about the validity of the tape, which might prove, or disprove, whether the FBI fired on the Davidians, and then lied about it. There are also questions about whether or not the FBI altered the tape. The case goes to trial next spring.
