The judge in the Microsoft antitrust case presented many examples of how he believes the company has abused its monopoly to harm competitors. He also says the software giant hurts consumers, but here the proof may be less conclusive. NPR's Elaine Korry examines whether Microsoft's dominance and software standard setting have harmed or helped computer users.
