Robert speaks with Robert Dr. Diana Deutsch, author of a study on perfect pitch, which shows speakers of "tonal" languages often have perfect pitch. Tonal languages are those in which the speaker's tone determines a word's meaning. Deutsch shares some recordings used in her study of tones and pitch.
