State of the IMF

France's Michel Camdessus announced this week that he was stepping down as the head of the International Monetary Fund. Scott talks with Jeffrey Sachs, director of the Center for International Development at Harvard, and Robert Leitan, director of Economic Studies at the Brookings Institution about the state of the IMF.
