Host Bob Edwards talks to Gerald Tirozz, Executive Director of the National Association of Secondary School Principals, about the so-called, "zero tolerance" policies that school districts across the country are adopting. Tirozzi says middle school and high school principals generally support the policies as a way to deal with discipline problems. And he disagrees with the American Civil Liberties Union position that the policies are 'draconian.'
