Budget Agreement Threatened

NPR's Peter Kenyon reports from the Capitol on the final steps Congress is taking to pass a budget. The House has approved the $390 billion spending plan, but the measure has not yet passed the Senate. A collection of senators who oppose certain amendments to the plan are slowing its passage and threatening to keep the Senate in session through today.
