Russian Forces Close in on Grozny

NPR's Michele Kelemen reports on the current situation in Chechnya as Russian forces close in on the capital city Grozny. Russian military officials say more than 5,000 rebels have barricaded themselves in Grozny. Russians there are trying to persuade local people that they will not be subjected to heavy bombardment if they cooperate.
