FBI Crime Survey Results

NPR's Mary Ann Akers reports on the latest crime survey released by the FBI. According to the report, the rate of violent crime dropped by 10% in the first half of this year. While the Clinton administration claims its policies brought about the drop, criminologists say many other factors are responsible.
