Miami Welfare Crisis

NPR's Ina Jaffe reports that welfare officials in Miami, Florida are having a hard time moving welfare recipients into jobs. Because Florida has strict limits on the amount of time individuals can receive benefits, many welfare recipients who remain unemployed when their benefits run out risk being unemployed and without government assistance.
