Homeless in NYC

Barbara Mantel reports on new efforts to get homeless people off the streets in New York City. Mayor Rudolph Giuliani has ordered police to force people into city shelters and arrest those who refuse to go. He also wants them to work in exchange for shelter. Advocates for the homeless say this is the wrong approach and many of the homeless are mentally ill and will just wind up back on the streets.
