Ulster Vote

An historic breakthrough today in Northern Ireland: members of the Ulster Unionist Party voted to go ahead with the formation of a governing Cabinet for Northern Ireland even before the IRA turns in its weapons. We hear from Unionist Party leader David Trimble. Then Jacki talks to lead U.S. negotiator Senator George Mitchell, who has spent nearly the past five years trying to bring peace to the region. His efforts this time involved discussing fishing, food and opera with the opposing parties.
