Illinois Bribery Scandal

David Schaper of member station WBEZ in Chicago reports on the continuing investigation into a bribery scandal in the Illinois Secretary of State's office. Twenty-three people have been charged for their involvement in a scheme to sell driver's licenses and pay off test examiners. The widening investigation is reportedly looking into whether state employees funneled the cash into the campaign fund of their boss, former secretary of state and now governor, George Ryan.
