Wen Ho Lee

Wen Ho Lee is a former nuclear scientist at Los Alamos National Laboratory, and for three years he's been the prime suspect in a probe into how China got American nuclear technology. Yesterday Lee was indicted on 59 counts. He was not charged with spying, but rather with security violations. NPR's Barbara Bradley has this report.
