Peru's President Accused of Intimidation

Jon Miller reports that Peru's incumbent president has been accused of using police and intelligence officers to threaten and intimidate his opposition candidates. President Alberto Fujimori has denied the charges and still hasn't announced whether he'll run for re-election.
