Vermont Border

Steve Young of Vermont Public Radio reports on the investigation into the background and activities of a man and woman arrested at the Vermont-Quebec border. The federal prosecutor alleges that the woman, Lucia Garofolo, had a cell phone and car registered to a man affiliated with a group called the Algerian Islamic League.
