Boris Yeltsin

Host Bob Edwards talks to Lilia Shevtsova of the Carnegie Center in Moscow, who has just completed a biography of Russia's President Boris Yeltsin. She says, that even though President Yeltsin has given Prime Minister Putin major responsibilities, he still retains the power to fire him.
